Which items are not eligible for return?

Certain items, such as items with makeup stains, or those carrying any scent (perfume, etc.) will not be accepted. customised orders, sale items, and store credits, cannot be returned.

How do I initiate an exchange?

Email us at info@aryagiri.com with your reason for exchange and photos of the product and packaging. Based on our policies we will do our best to make your exchange or return for store credit happen.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer arranges return shipping to AG HQ in case of a return or exchange.

How long does it take to process my exchange?

Your orders are important to us! We process them immediately.

Can I return or exchange a product if my product is made-to-order or customized?

No, unfortunately you can't. Since the product is made specifically for you we don't accept an exchange or return for store credit. You can email us at info@aryagiri.com if you'd like to inquire about an alteration.

Are the products true to size?

If you prefer your garments to be more fitted we recommend you size down. Check out our size guide for more information.

For customized products, are alterations available? And are they charged?

We are happy to do an alteration for your customized product. The first alteration is free-of-charge, any further alterations would be chargeable.
