Our products are thoughtfully handcrafted and shipped within 5–10 business days of order confirmation.

We want every Arya Giri piece to feel like the one. If it doesn’t, here’s how we can help:

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

• All returns are processed as store credit only. No refunds.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are welcome for size swaps within 7 days.
• Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed – with the original tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as items with makeup stains, or those carrying any scent (perfume, etc.) will not be accepted. customised orders, sale items, and store credits, cannot be returned.
• Items purchased as part of a final sale, archive sale, end-of-season sale, or any other markdown on the website are not eligible for return or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGE

• We do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
  

EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCESS

• Email us details of your order at  info@aryagiri.com 
• Share the reason for your return or exchange along with images of the product.
• Once approved, the customer can ship the product in original packaging back to our HQ. 
• After your piece reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quick quality check. Once cleared, your store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days. If it’s a size exchange, that will be processed accordingly. 
• You can then use your store credit to shop for your next Arya Giri piece.

CUSTOM / MADE-TO-ORDER 

• We offer customization for size only.
• You can select ‘custom’ under our size options on the product pages to make this experience possible.
• We are happy to do an alteration for your customized product. 
• The first alteration is free-of-charge, any further alterations would be chargeable.

At Arya Giri, slow fashion isn’t a statement — it’s a promise. Each piece is crafted to last, hand-embroidered with intention, and designed to journey with you. To keep your garment at its best, we recommend the following care instructions for lasting quality.

Silks & Wools:

• Do not wash, dry clean only.
• Avoid hanging the products in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
• Steam iron only.
• For embroidered garments iron inside out or use a thin muslin layer over embroidery.

Linens & Cottons:

The best way to maintain our linens and cottons is to wash them separately in cold water with very mild detergent. However, for longevity and maintaining the colour we recommend dry clean only.
